Drop deep down into your Inner Pool of Peace and discover the power of integrative play

Creativity is the human ability to express what needs to be expressed in its own unique way. It allows us to begin again, to find resilience and renewal even in the most adverse situations. Creativity opens a space where revolution spontaneously arises; it is the impulse to build again from death, from what no longer serves humanity, and to thrive forward with unbounded life force.

A torus, a toroidal field of energy, moves through and all around us; it is an ever-renewing, filling, flooding, pulsing force, an effervescent fountain of fullness.

Toric motion (please see illustration) is a natural, energetic mechanism of enfolding over and into; it is an automatic blooming: to rebirth is to re-bloom. It is a visual metaphor of the perfect balance between fire and water, a steaming cauldron of alchemical action and reactive response.

We create anew to celebrate living beauty amidst what appears as chaos if not experienced as a seamless aspect of creation’s wholeness.

What pours through is a collective coalescence that is available to each of us, a malleable dream with all the elements at our disposal, an expression that comes into unique form through us. We don’t own what comes through nor can we honestly patent it.

This force moves through life; we are all interdependent upon how much we can discern, receive, or utilize. To dream into form, to give meaning and significance to a variety of ingredients – color, light, voice, art, flavor, nature, texture, and emotional frequencies.

This eternal substance can become a song, a poem, a visual work of art, a dance.

Creativity is fed and nourished through energy circulation and cultivation.

Creative flow can become a wellspring of personal fulfillment and expression.

Life force energy is our sensual erotic energy, which is also our inspirational spiritual energy. Our vital important WHY of being here now, to be alive and awake to what is uniquely ours, to contribute to the whole.

We have personal power over what we focus on in our lives when we are able to accept all of life’s happenings. This is our freedom, to choose how we respond, to step out of victim consciousness and liberate ourselves from old, conditioned ways of being, to choose how we show up in the world.

Individual Peace Drumming sessions
A time to play with sound and silence, dipping into the inner pool of peace that resides in each of us.
In a session, you may play your own drum or my Guda pan drum (key of A ) that can be played with hard/soft mallets or your palms.
Sitting in nature in my garden, a park, or at your home, we breathe and center before I invite you to play spontaneously for about 3-5 minutes. We pause and breathe easy, then you continue to play for as long as you feel to.

We pause again and both share what we are feeling, taking time to notice what is happening inside our power center (hara around navel).
If it feels right, we play together for a while – or you may continue with your own solo inner exploration while I hold space.
