• Choose a personal key in your hologenetic profile of eleven primary keys
• Contemplate that Key’s Shadow/Gift/Siddhi (devoting only 10% focus on the Shadow)
• Read aloud, create visual support for your contemplation, hear about others’ inner journeys
• Leave feeling more empowered to live your Gifts and open to spontaneous Siddhic states!
