*Standing Breathing practices assist brain integration and deepening relaxation on an emotional (energy in motion), mental, physical and spiritual level.

*Synchronized Movement & Sound within a group generates a congruent resonance, moving meditation that synchronizes the brain, body and cohesiveness & harmonizes all energies in a group.

A harmonizing adventure of synchronized breath, sound and movement with the intention of experiencing inner peaceful & tranquil flow and to develop awareness beyond body boundary, expanding into an energetic conscious experience of melting or softening into one being.
*A simple yet power synchronization similar to tribal dance or tai chi movement; breath work, sound and movement are practiced in unison within the circle.
