Breathing Pulsing Star for Peace
We will Stand, Breathe, Ground, Move and Sound in Sync
Lie Down Melt & Radiate Oneness and Inner Peace, feet together into deep Stillness

*We breathe in unison with each other to bring our inner awareness deeper into our individual bodies,

able to release deeper inner tension with the synergy of the group.

*Grounding through our bodies more of our multi-dimensional being into our uptown neighborhood, radiating out through our entire

town and all of Jefferson County.

*Our movements and sounds in unison expand automatically our potential to bring more of the frequency of oneness and peace that

knows no divides about anything, nor separation, judgment, dis ease.

*When it feels right, we will all lay down with our feet in the middle of our breathing pulsing multi-dimensional human star upon our

comfy nests of yoga mat, (blankets & bolsters available) and melt into oneness and peace, that inner pool of peace ever residing inside us.

Celebration with poetry, storytelling & playing with sounds
of handmade native flutes from around the world Lance brings to share with all of us

We will close with deep silence and then when the time feels right, 

Lance will play a bamboo or wooden flute for us to absorb more deeply

and profoundly the resonance and sound of one breath breathing, one pulse beating in harmony through us all.

*Bring an instrument if you feel like playing, all are welcome,

Lance will have native flutes from around the world available for you to breathe into, connect

with and we will Celebrate, Rise and Sound & Dance and move together.

*Bring a poem for share spoken words with Lance leading,  to close our evening together.
